"Ci sono stato solo ed unicamente per i loro cornetti/croissant/brioche, la mia recensione è strettamente pertinente a questo prodotto. Sono sicuramente i migliori tra quelli da me provati fino ad ora a Bolzano. Ben farciti e sapori buonissimi, hanno dei cornetti con la RICOTTA che creano dipendenza. Molto buona anche la crema. Consigliato, provate assolutamente quello con la ricotta."

"Ottima pasticceria un po’ caotica nel servizio. Il servizio è davvero il loro punto debole, se non avete fretta e vi godete il momento ne vale la pena, altrimenti vi conviene bere il caffè al banco. Scelta vasta e con buona qualità!"

"La Gelateria Caffetteria Pennini in via Resia è una vera sorpresa per chi cerca qualità, varietà e autenticità. Appena si entra, si percepisce subito la cura nella selezione dei prodotti e la passione con cui tutto viene preparato e servito. Il gelato è il punto forte: cremoso, ricco, vellutato, con gusti che spaziano dai grandi classici alle proposte più golose. Ogni gusto ha una sua identità precisa, frutto di ingredienti di qualità e di una lavorazione attenta che rende il gelato leggero, avvolgente e davvero soddisfacente. Ma ciò che rende Pennini un luogo unico a Bolzano è l’incredibile varietà dell’offerta: oltre al gelato, si trovano cannoli siciliani, cassate, torte artigianali e tanti dolci tipici della tradizione del Sud Italia. Una selezione così ricca e genuina è già difficile da trovare, ma Pennini va oltre offrendo qualcosa che, a Bolzano, è davvero introvabile: le brioches con il tuppo. Queste brioches, simbolo della tradizione siciliana, vantano una morbidezza e un profumo che riportano immediatamente al Sud. "Io e mio marito siamo soliti ogni fine settimana andare da Pennini e fare colazione, prendiamo sempre il cornetto alla ricotta che è per me da “Siciliana” la fine del mondo! È buonissimo e strapieno! Si sente il gusto della ricotta del Sud… poi anche le torte molto molto buone e i dolci, come anche i cannoli… ci troviamo molto bene e siamo sempre soddisfatti"

"Отличное место для завтрака и чтобы выпить чашечку прекрасного итальянского кофе и отведать местных десертов, здесь изумительно вкусно! Я обожаю их свежие круассаны по утрам прямо из печи с сахарной корочкой и щедро начиненные фисташковым кремом. Также можно выпить лёгкий аперитив и отведать аппетитные закуски, болтая с соседями под лучами ласкового весеннего солнца. Очень советую! :)"
